Egg Chilly

Eating Eggs every other day here, I have started doing my own dishes, with my own innovations and taste that has created a new revolution in cooking.

I know I know you guys are just waiting to eat from my hands, but since its not possible for now, you can just try my own crazy recipes so that you can have Kelvin’s Dishes at you home 🙂

This time I made Egg Chilly, coz we had the Indian Kerala Bread (Kerala Parota) at home.

Egg Chilli

So here it goes, and as usual you need some things like,
6 Eggs, boiled
3 Tbsp Oil
3 Tomatoes
2 Medium Sized Onions
3 Green Chillies
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tbsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
2 Tbsp Chicken Masala Powder (Dont worry its pure veg)
Salt and Coriander Leaves

Boil the eggs and unshell them
Chop the Onion’s, Tomatoe’s and Chillies.
Heat the Oil in a Pan
Fry and Saute the Onions with Chilly until Onion turns golden brown
Add the Chopped Tomatoes, the Ginger-Garlic Paste, the powders.
Cook until the tomatoes melt and form into a gravy
Add a cup of water or two, and add the cut boiled eggs.
Cook on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes
For extra yummy taste, break a new unboiled egg for the dish, and mix well so it doesnt stick the bottom
Add Salt, and if you want it spicy, some pepper powder.
Keep it on low flame for about 2-3 mins
Garnish the Dish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.

The yummy, tasty and fast and easy egg chilly is ready.
