Its Christmas Time
Here are some great wonderful tricks for you for this season!
Snowing on Google
Go to Google.com, type ‘let it snow’ without quotes and press enter, and see the snow effect on your screen!
Your screen will frost, and before you click on Defrost to clear the screen, just skate around the screen with your mouse pointer, or write your name on the screen!
Go to Google.com, search for askew, and just see the effect. I dare you not to tilt your head for it! Continue reading →
Now most of you may not be aware, and some might have just heard, but in India every year, during the week coinciding with Gandhi Jayanthi, the Joy of Giving week is celebrated. And this year it falls from October 2nd to October 8th.
Other day, on a Sunday I had been to St. Francis Assisi Church at Kakkanad for the 10:00am Mass, specially celebrated for Children. Though the mass is in Malayalam, and I don’t understand a thing, I decided to be a part of joining my Christian brothers and sisters here. Since before reaching the Church was not sure of the mass timings, but by grace of God I reached quite early. So just took my seat in the centre benches of the Church. Said my personal prayers there, and was waiting now for the Mass to start.
Just then some few other parishioners had already taken place with me, and joined me in waiting for the mass to begin, and same time I heard a bell ringing. It was the bell of the Catechism Class for the kids of the parish. We all started hearing a loud sound, more like a stampede coming towards us, and in a rush through, the church was flooded with all kids, running and pushing each other to sit front in the church. With all the smiles and the laughs, and the joy, they were so happy to be there for the mass. Continue reading →
Catalina Rivas of Cochabamba, Bolivia, who now dwells in Mérida, Yucatán, México. She is said to receive Messages from Jesus, Mary, and the angels. She has the approval of her Bishop, René Fernández Apaza, who has given his imprimatur to her Messages. The following text is the reproduction of booklet, “The Holy Mass,” in which Our Lord and Our Lady explain to Catalina what is really going on during the Mass in the spiritual realm, and how we should be more concentrated on the great mysteries that are taking place.
Bo. Daniel Gagnon, OMI, of the Commission for the Doctrine of the Faith of the Archdiocese of Mexico, wrote about this book: “I do not find anything against the faith or the customs of the Church. It is not my function to confirm its supernatural character; nevertheless, I recommend it for its spiritual inspiration.”
In a marvelous catechesis, the Lord and the Virgin Mary have been instructing us first on how to pray the Rosary, that being to pray it with our hearts, and meditate and enjoy the moments when we encounter God and our Blessed Mother. They have also instructed us on the way to make a good confession and, in this document, a teaching on what happens during the Holy Mass and how to live it with our hearts.
This is the testimony that I must and want to give to the whole world, for the greater Glory of God and for the salvation of all of those who want to open their hearts to the Lord. It is also given so that many souls consecrated to God will rekindle the fire of their love for Christ, some of whom are the owners of the hands that have the power to bring Him to our world so that He can become our nourishment. It is also given for others so that they break lose of the “routine practice” of receiving Him, and relive the amazement of their daily encounter with Love. And it is given so that my lay brothers and sisters from the entire world live the greatest Miracle with their hearts: the celebration of the Eucharist. Continue reading →
